Working at KMS has been a wonderful experience. KMS values their employees work-life balance and is very community-based. It is a very friendly work environment/culture, everyone is a pleasure to work with and is always ready to lend a hand. Everything has a place, is extremely organized and they run a very clean facility. Every day is a new day to learn and grow in my professional life.

Of all the places I have worked, KMS has the best working culture by far. Management fosters a good level of positive and open communication to work through any issues. They are empathetic of employee needs and are always striving to do better with available training and an open-door policy to talk about new ideas. Currently KMS is in the process of moving to a 4-day work week which allows more time for self-fulfilment outside of work. Overall, a great place to work!

I wanted to re-iterate my view on how your company really stood out to me. The procedures in place right from arrival were fantastic (everything has a place and is in its place). The written procedures and hazards all operators need to know went above and beyond my expectations compared to what I’ve seen in the past in my many years of experience visiting many companies. The fine attention to detail both physically and on paper is outstanding. I felt Kuhl would be a great place to work and safety a primary concern.
